About Bayline
Family-owned. Obsessed with the details.
The Moreno family opened Bayline in 2004 with two bays and one rule: repair every car as if it belonged to someone we know. We still answer the phone ourselves, and still walk every customer around their car at pickup.
Sample figures for this concept.
What happens to your car
We inspect the damage and write up every repair.
We work with you and your insurer to approve the plan.
We order the right parts and confirm they fit.
Technicians repair panels and measure the structure.
Color is matched and sprayed in the booth.
Parts go back on, and systems are calibrated.
A final inspection, test drive and clean.
We walk you through the work and the warranty.
Measured, matched and road-tested.
We finish with a full inspection and a test drive, so you get your car back ready to trust.

We deal with your insurer, so you do not have to.
In most states, you can choose who repairs your car. We document the damage, submit photos and handle extra approvals if we find more damage after teardown.

Common questions
Do I have to use the shop my insurer recommends?
In most US states you can choose your repair shop, though the rules vary. Your insurer may suggest a shop, and you are welcome to get an estimate from us before deciding.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Send photos online or drive in during opening hours. There is no charge and no obligation.
How long will my repair take?
Light repairs often take two to four days. Larger repairs depend on damage and parts availability. You can follow progress with your tracking number.
Will the new paint match?
We use computer color matching and blend into nearby panels, then check the finish in daylight before you pick up.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Workmanship and paint carry a written lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.
Can you help with a rental car?
Yes. We coordinate with local rental companies and your insurer, and can have one ready at drop-off.
