Family-owned. Obsessed with the details.

The Moreno family opened Bayline in 2004 with two bays and one rule: repair every car as if it belonged to someone we know. We still answer the phone ourselves, and still walk every customer around their car at pickup.

Common questions
Do I have to use the shop my insurer recommends?

In most US states you can choose your repair shop, though the rules vary. Your insurer may suggest a shop, and you are welcome to get an estimate from us before deciding.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Send photos online or drive in during opening hours. There is no charge and no obligation.

How long will my repair take?

Light repairs often take two to four days. Larger repairs depend on damage and parts availability. You can follow progress with your tracking number.

Will the new paint match?

We use computer color matching and blend into nearby panels, then check the finish in daylight before you pick up.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Workmanship and paint carry a written lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

Can you help with a rental car?

Yes. We coordinate with local rental companies and your insurer, and can have one ready at drop-off.

Bring it in. We'll take it from here.

Call

How this website turns a visitor into a customer

This is what I set up behind the design. Bayline Collision's hook is a free photo estimate with no appointment needed. Fill in the form on the site above, and your entry appears in the owner's view below.

  1. 1. Capture

Give visitors a real reason to leave their details, then keep the form short.

  2. 2. Collect

Every request lands in one place, with what they want and where they came from.

  3. 3. Reply instantly

An automatic email goes out straight away, and the business gets an alert.

  4. 4. Follow up

Timed emails keep the conversation going, and stop when someone replies or unsubscribes.

  5. 5. Measure

See which ads and pages bring real customers, so the budget goes to what works.

Data this site collects

  • Name, email and phone
  • Year, make and model
  • Damage area and photos
  • Insurance company and claim status
  • Whether the car can be driven

Tools that make it real

A CRM or spreadsheet for the inbox, an email tool for the follow-ups, and analytics for the sources. I choose these to suit the client's budget and connect them when the site is built.

Only email people who asked to hear from you. Buying lists or scraping addresses damages deliverability and can break the law. Every marketing email needs a working unsubscribe and a real business address. Rules on insurance referrals, estimates and warranties vary by state, so check the wording with the shop's advisor before going live.

The thinking

After an accident, people are stressed and searching on a phone. They want to know three things: can you fix it, will you deal with insurance, and how soon can I get an answer? This concept answers those questions on the first screen and makes getting an estimate easier than making a phone call.

Built with

Next.js, TypeScript, Lead capture

  1. The estimate replaces the phone tag

Five short steps collect the vehicle, damage, photos and insurance status, so the estimator can call back already prepared.

  2. Help comes before selling

A red top bar offers towing, and an accident checklist helps people when they are most likely to remember the shop.

  3. The tracker cuts down calls

Customers can check their repair at any time, which saves the front desk from repeating status updates.
