About Loomline

Status meetings should not be your project plan.

We built Loomline after one too many meetings spent asking who was doing what. Now everyone sees the same plan, in real time, without another spreadsheet.

How this website turns a visitor into a customer

This is what I set up behind the design. Loomline's hook is a 14-day free trial. Fill in the form on the site above, and your entry appears in the owner's view below.

  1. 1. Capture

Give visitors a real reason to leave their details, then keep the form short.

  2. 2. Collect

Every request lands in one place, with what they want and where they came from.

  3. 3. Reply instantly

An automatic email goes out straight away, and the business gets an alert.

  4. 4. Follow up

Timed emails keep the conversation going, and stop when someone replies or unsubscribes.

  5. 5. Measure

See which ads and pages bring real customers, so the budget goes to what works.

Tools that make it real

A CRM or spreadsheet for the inbox, an email tool for the follow-ups, and analytics for the sources. I choose these to suit the client's budget and connect them when the site is built.

Only email people who asked to hear from you. Buying lists or scraping addresses damages deliverability and can break the law. Every marketing email needs a working unsubscribe and a real business address.

The thinking

SaaS pages tend to say the same things in the same order. This concept makes the interface the main argument: visitors can use a small part of the product before reading further.

Built with

Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Motion

  1. The product is the hero

The task board just below the opening really moves work between stages.

  2. One main action

Every section points to the same next step, so visitors never choose between competing buttons.

  3. Pricing you can compare

A billing switch updates all plans together and shows the annual total.
