About Petal

Clean, calm and never rushed.

We keep our appointments unhurried and our tools sterilized and sealed. Sit back with a warm drink, and leave with nails that last.

“The cleanest salon I've been to, and my gel lasted three full weeks.” (Sample review)

How this website turns a visitor into a customer

This is what I set up behind the design. Petal Nail Bar's hook is $10 off a first visit when you book online. Fill in the form on the site above, and your entry appears in the owner's view below.

  1. 1. Capture

Give visitors a real reason to leave their details, then keep the form short.

  2. 2. Collect

Every request lands in one place, with what they want and where they came from.

  3. 3. Reply instantly

An automatic email goes out straight away, and the business gets an alert.

  4. 4. Follow up

Timed emails keep the conversation going, and stop when someone replies or unsubscribes.

  5. 5. Measure

See which ads and pages bring real customers, so the budget goes to what works.

Tools that make it real

A CRM or spreadsheet for the inbox, an email tool for the follow-ups, and analytics for the sources. I choose these to suit the client's budget and connect them when the site is built.

Only email people who asked to hear from you. Buying lists or scraping addresses damages deliverability and can break the law. Every marketing email needs a working unsubscribe and a real business address.

The thinking

Salon clients usually check three things: prices, cleanliness and the next open time. This concept puts those first and makes repeat bookings simple.

Built with

Next.js, TypeScript, Lead capture

  1. Prices are out in the open

A clear menu answers the most common question, so fewer people need to call.

  2. Every service can be booked

The Book button carries the chosen service into the booking form.

  3. Reminders bring clients back

A follow-up about three weeks later prompts the next appointment.
