About us

Fewer things, chosen with care.

Vesper & Vale began with one candle and a small studio. Today we work with independent makers to create pieces for the quiet parts of the day, and we still pack every order by hand.

What customers say Sample reviews
The candle fills the room without being overpowering. I reordered within a month.
Claire M.
Beautifully packed. It felt like receiving a gift from a friend.
Hannah R.
The throw is the softest thing in our house, and it has washed well.

How this website turns a visitor into a customer

This is what I set up behind the design. Vesper & Vale's hook is 10% off a first order in exchange for an email address. Fill in the form on the site above, and your entry appears in the owner's view below.

  1. 1. Capture

Give visitors a real reason to leave their details, then keep the form short.

  2. 2. Collect

Every request lands in one place, with what they want and where they came from.

  3. 3. Reply instantly

An automatic email goes out straight away, and the business gets an alert.

  4. 4. Follow up

Timed emails keep the conversation going, and stop when someone replies or unsubscribes.

  5. 5. Measure

See which ads and pages bring real customers, so the budget goes to what works.

Tools that make it real

A CRM or spreadsheet for the inbox, an email tool for the follow-ups, and analytics for the sources. I choose these to suit the client's budget and connect them when the site is built.

Only email people who asked to hear from you. Buying lists or scraping addresses damages deliverability and can break the law. Every marketing email needs a working unsubscribe and a real business address.

The thinking

Luxury shoppers expect restraint, but they still need to find a price and buy without friction. This concept treats the product page like a printed catalogue and keeps the purchase controls plain.

Built with

Next.js, TypeScript, Motion

  1. Serif for the voice, sans for the transaction

Headlines use a high-contrast serif. Prices and buttons stay in a plain sans so buying never feels ornamental.

  2. The bag never interrupts

Adding an item updates the bag in place, so shoppers can keep comparing scents instead of dismissing a pop-up.

  3. Checkout shows the whole path

Three named steps tell shoppers how much is left, which suits a considered purchase.
